SURVEYS !!!!!! PLEASE FILL OUT !!!!

Here are the Links to the consumer and healthcare professionals Childbirth Surveys. There is a separate one for consumers and different one's for healthcare professionals, based on what your title is. Please fill these out for me as your time allows. I need this done in the next 10 days. The consumer survey has 2 parts so be sure to do both parts for me. I'll post all my research results as soon as I compose the paper.
